An elegant Swedish side table from the early 19th century, dating to the Late Gustavian period. The refined proportions, slender legs and delicate inlay detailing reflect the restrained elegance characteristic of Swedish Neoclassical design. The warm wood has developed a beautiful patina over more than two centuries, with subtle traces of age and use that add depth and authenticity to the piece. The sculptural curved stretcher beneath gives the otherwise understated silhouette a particularly graceful character. Renovated and in beautiful vintage condition.
